1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GUAVASTORES (guavastore.malipopopote.solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. All products sold are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

We accept payment via M-Pesa (STK Push), credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible areas. All M-Pesa transactions are processed through Safaricom's Daraja API. Payments are final once confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Kenya. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was cancelled by us.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories. Certain items (software, consumables, opened media) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of GUAVASTORES or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, GUAVASTORES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
