Return Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Condition Requirements
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- ✓Damaged items (reported within 24 hours)
- ✓Wrong items delivered
- ✓Unopened/sealed products
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Software, games, or digital products
- ✗Opened earphones/headphones (hygiene reasons)
- ✗Products damaged by misuse
- ✗Items without original packaging
- ✗Customized or personalized items
- ✗Items purchased more than 7 days ago
How to Request a Return
- 1Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- 2Provide your order number and reason for return
- 3Our team will review your request and provide instructions
- 4Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- 5Ship the item back or arrange for pickup (depending on location)
- 6Receive your refund within 3-5 business days after inspection
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can cancel it directly from your order history page for a full refund.
After Dispatch
If the order is already dispatched, you'll need to refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving it.
Partial Cancellation
For orders with multiple items, you can cancel specific items before they're dispatched.
Important Notice
For damaged items, please take photos immediately upon delivery and report within 24 hours. Keep all packaging materials until the return is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
